Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ZealVector website at www.zealvector.com, the ZealVector weekly email digest, and any inquiry you send us about custom AI solutions. By using the site or subscribing to the digest, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What ZealVector is
ZealVector publishes a weekly curated digest of significant AI news — model releases, agents and developer tools, policy and regulation, research, hardware, and industry adoption — with short summaries and brief analysis. ZealVector also builds custom AI solutions and product integrations for clients; those engagements are arranged separately by email.
2. The newsletter
- The weekly digest is free.
- Subscribing uses double opt-in: you enter your email on the site, then confirm it by clicking the link in the verification email. Unconfirmed addresses never receive the digest.
- You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing support@zealvector.com, and we'll remove your address.
- Don't submit an email address that isn't yours.
3. Content and intellectual property
ZealVector's summaries, analysis, branding, and site design belong to ZealVector. The news stories we summarize belong to their original publishers; our coverage links to and is based on public reporting and announcements, and nothing on this site claims ownership of those underlying stories.
You're welcome to quote or share our summaries with attribution to ZealVector and a link back to the site. Don't republish the site wholesale or present our content as your own.
4. No professional advice
The digest is informational. It is not investment, legal, security, or engineering advice, and it shouldn't be the sole basis for business or technical decisions. AI news moves fast; details (pricing, availability, capabilities) can change after we publish.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site or its forms: no automated scraping of the subscription endpoints, no attempts to bypass rate limiting or App Check, no submitting other people's email addresses, and no using the site to distribute malware or spam.
6. Third-party links
Stories link out to third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and digest are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZealVector is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Custom AI solutions engagements
Inquiries sent to support@zealvector.com don't create a client relationship by themselves. Any custom AI solutions work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
